Local tax:

Summer: € 3,00 per person per night
Kids up to 16 years are exempted from the local tax.

Reservation:
Reservations are only valid with a written confirmation by e-mail or mail. For a binding reservation please transfer a deposit of 25 % into our account. The amount of money for the deposit may be wired within 14 working days.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: starting from 1pm
Check-Out: until 10am

We kindly ask you to inform us by phone if you arrive after 18:00.

Payment:
Please settle your bill the latest the day before your departure.
EC card, Mastercard and VISA.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after the reception of a written confirmation.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. You don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. You are also welcome to take out cancellation insurance directly with us. Reduction for children:
Reduction for children staying in their parents' room.

Children up to 3 years: 100 %
Children from 3 to 7 years: 50 %
Children from 8 to 14 years: 30 %
Extra bed: 10 %
Discount on meals for children: None

Travel cancellation insurance:
To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, loss of job, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can find further information at www.europaeische.at

Smoking:
All of our rooms and apartments and rooms are non-smoking facilities.­­

Cancellation policy:
Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation conditions according to the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the room rate (minus meals).
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. 

Single room supplement:
We charge € 4,00 single room supplement per day.

Short stay surcharge:
For short stays of less than 4 days we charge up to € 10,00 per person and day

Breakfast:
Breakfast is included when staying in one of our rooms. Guests in our flat can book breakfast for an extra charge.

Parking spaces:
Per room there is one parking lot available to our guests – located directly next to our house.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our house.
